Step 1: Planning and Designing
Planning and designing of product. We have a team of well-trained top-notch designers to help market your company with printed bags. We will then get the customer’s specifications and usage figures to decide on the required raw material usage.

Step 2: Materials
HANOI PLASTIC BAG JSC only buys materials which are internationally certified to meet food safety requirements. All materials are checked by our QC Department to ensure they meet expectations.

Step 3: Extruding
The blowing phase ensures plastics are uniform in thickness. Quality checks during this phase surround thickness, tackiness, and color, ensuring consistency in size, weight, and density.

Step 4: Printing
With modern printers and experienced technicians, QC checks printing appearance, pantone colors, artwork, and printing position to ensure perfection.

Step 5: Cutting and Sealing
Rolled plastic is sent to an automatic cutting and sealing machine. Dimensions are checked to ensure alignment, accuracy, and consistency.

Step 6: Handmading
For handmade processes, completed bags are checked to ensure correctness. Incorrect bags are removed, and workers are re-trained if necessary.

Step 7: Finalizing and Packaging
During production, QC takes pictures and randomly checks samples. Incorrect products exceeding tolerance levels are reviewed, ensuring high-quality standards.

Step 8: Container Loading
The export container loading process is strictly controlled by the QC Department to maximize efficiency and ensure proper handling.
